Hills Creek Endurance Challenge 2024

The Hills Creek Endurance challenge will feature a 3.1 mile loop around Hills Creek Lake featuring mostly single track trail. The start/finish and aid station will be at the Sugarbush Pavilion with a water only aid station approximately 1.5 miles into the loop. The loop has just over 200 ft. of elevation gain. Those competing can register for the 3-hour, 6-hour or 12-hour option and complete as many loops as they want/can within the allotted time.

We love to encourage trail running and hiking among our youth. We would like to offer a free entry for any child 12 and under for any time duration. We feel this is a great venue for our kids to test their mettle and maybe set a new distance goal. If you would like to register a child 12 and under for this event, please use the code Kids2024 at checkout.

If you have an ultra signup account, you will have to log in as a guest to register a child.
Please note - this discount only applies to kids 12 & under.

Eagleton Trail Challenge 10k/25k 2024

  • 44 Sons Road Lock Haven, PA, 17745 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Welcome to the Eagleton Trail Challenge, just outside of Lock Haven, PA!

Have you been considering a trail 10km, 25km, or even 50km? Well, this is your chance to give it a try! This is a milder and more runnable course than some other local races, with less elevation change and less technicality!

Now don’t let that make you think that you can just show up and finish the race like it’s some local 5k road race. It still requires you to train and be fully prepared to meet the demands of a trail race. Enjoy beautiful trails in the spring time in the PA Wilds

A portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to local charity organizations & regional conservation funds.

Mount Tom Challenge 2024

The Course: Climb (or scramble some might say) up the 1100' vertical feet of trail from the Ansonia valley to the summit vista of Mt. Tom with views into the PA Grand Canyon and to the west nearly to Galeton. After catching your breath and those awesome views, continue a short distance along the ridge before descending most of the way back on a grassy (or more snowy this time of year) forest road. Reach the tent at the bottom before 11am and YOU GET TO DO IT AGAIN!!! How many laps can you do in two hours?

Cost: FREE - no frills, no prizes, just a great morning out on the trails. Some type of traction device may be required based on trail conditions (screw-shoes, yak-traks, microspikes, etc, or even snowshoes!) Remember conditions will vary with elevation and some areas hold snow much longer than most. Ice can be the toughest condition and is common this time of year. The course WILL vary greatly based on weather, snow and ice conditions. It's winter. It's part of what makes this a challenge!!!
